Glory Development Corporation is committed to search for affordable housing opportunities, using its resources to "capture" those opportunities and then share those opportunities with underserved families in the community.

Many single parent, minority and elderly families do not recognize the opportunity for home ownership and, for those who do, there is still the problem of a severe shortage of affordable housing.

Glory Development is working to help families understand the opportunity available to them and guide them through the home buying process. But, more importantly, Glory Development has committed its resources to help develop the supply of affordable housing.

Glory Development is working closely with community organizations to help families succeed as homeowners. When Glory Development builds affordable housing in an area, we encourage local churches to "adopt" the families in order to help them succeed as new homeowners.
