Glory Development Corporation is a Texas Non-Profit corporation headquartered in Tyler, Texas. The Company was formed to help facilitate the development of affordable housing in Texas. One of the Company's goals was to create an efficient and effective "system" of developing affordable housing in the Tyler and Smith County, Texas area and then replicate the successful process in other small to mid- sized Texas communities. The Company plans to "franchise" its successful affordable housing system through its Texas Community Action Network (Texas CAN). The network will link smaller communities together to minimize inherent inefficiencies in the affordable housing arena.

Glory Development is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity and, therefore, it welcomes donations to help pursue its mission. Glory Development recognizes its responsibility to be a good steward of all resources entrusted to it. Donations of money and/or land will be used to help make affordable housing development more economically feasible.
